HELP ME OUT! I had a movie copied, converted, then synced to my zune. It worked great as Iīve done this before. I did the same for another movie, but in the middle of the syncing process around 50 percent-75 percent someone turned off my computer by exiting zune and shutting down. I booted up and now it says the "ERROR video is being used by another program" and wonīt copy or sync. The file doesnīt show up on my zune either. I restarted my zune and the computer again, dragged the video to sync it to my zune and now it doesnīt say anything, it just sits at 0 percent sync for hours. When I normally sync movies it takes 30-45 min. I know I can delete everything off my zune and resync it all, but who wants to do that?...ill lose alot of stuff. Can anyone help me out?

hey greg it depends on how much you have used your usb drive, on some computers the usb drive may loose power, so its probably not the zune its the USB drive on the computer.

hey blake, i would try opening ur zune, only the back panel. then when u put the back panel back on, make sure ur hold switch is in the right position. if the zune was locked when u opened it to change the screen, and u put the back on w/ the hold switch on unlock, then the button will not line up w/ the switch on the inside, rendering the hold switch useless. hope this helps =)
