same thing happens to me, for some reason it charges but when i plug it into any of my usb drives it makes a stuttering sound and wonīt even appear as an external harddrive or launch the zune program. do you think itīs because of the new update? if you have a solution please e-mail me...

cedric, download videos from limewire or ares & with a free converter, convert the videos you downloaded.
then add the folder on your settings to where your converted videos and voila

i dropped my zune 2 times on the ground by accident, the zune works ok on my conputer, but the zune soundīs really bad everytime I play my music and also the clicking noise doesnīt rigth. PLease tell if there is a miracle to fix that problem.

hey greg it depends on how much you have used your usb drive, on some computers the usb drive may loose power, so its probably not the zune its the USB drive on the computer.
