To retrieve lost data from your collection go to settings~software~then there will be a button that says restore lost data. When you click that it will put your lost data back in your collection.

I was thinking lately about a great application for zune, and I didn´t know if anyone has come out with it yet. I was thinking about internet explorer for zune. Please don´t tell me that the zune´s wireless capabilities aren´t enough to handle the internet, because I know they are. bought a replacement screen for the zune for $49.00 (ebay)took it apart myself and hour later was in working order. there are sites showing step by step how to do. or i would do it for $50.00 plus parts for any repair.

Go to www.ipodmods.com. You can get a new screen there to replace by yourself for $150 or ship it in and get it replaced. That´s the only option I know of.
