I sum up three steps to add video to zune, you can take it as reference
1. Download a zune video converter, let´s make aimersoft zune conveter suite as an example(i have been using it and it´s really good to convert dvd video for zune)
you can free download the latest version from here:

2. Run Aimersoft zune video Converter , click “Add” button to import your video, then click “Start” to start the conversion, the default setting works perfect.
3. After conversion finished. Run Zune software, connect your Zune device to computer via USB cable, then the Zune software will detect your Zune player. Drag the converted video to Zune software and click “Start to sync”, then your video will be transferred to Zune. If you don’t have Zune software, you can download it free from here: http://www.zune.net

Here is the best/easiest video converter I have found, its on downloads.com it is safe. You have to convert them to WMV format. its easy after you install the program on the program you press WMV. The video pixels and quality will absolutely suck if you dont mess with the prefrences. Press the advanced button on the screen. go down and press "Windows Media Video 8 for Lan,Cable Modem, or xDSL" On the one for 8 not nine, nine sucks. just stick to 8 or mess with it if you would like, but that one has good quality. Also register a fake email like ajidfhasjkdfsjkd@yahoo.com when it asks you too or else you get asked monthly to upgrade. annoying but whatever. I like the setup its good and easy and not some trial crap. Email me if you have questions at rosstheweldor@yahoo.com no spammers please... Mess around with the program for a few minutes and youll be a pro. not even kidding hahahaha

I thought I was the only one with that problem but if you go to limewire and download the movies or videos then launch it. After you launch it, it will go directly to your zune page. Then back screen. Find the movie title then right click on the name, add it to your playlist. Then go to sync it should be on your open screen. Drag and drop it under sync section then sync it. Now you should have movies on you Zune.

YOU GUYS ......the videos you cant put on your zune are AVI files...and if ya cant sync it go to the sync tab to the top left.....and drag and drop files to the area......and click sync.......if the converter doesnt work then GET ANOTHER CONVERTER !!!get em from download.com....look up video converters.....look under freeware.....
