i keep all my information music and movie on my portable hardrive and yet for some reason everytime i run my zune on my computer it is so slow it pretty much freezes up, i allready uninstalled it and reinstalled it back but its slow my computer down so much it use 100 of memory . And even with out the hardrive connect it still takes up much of my cpu space. please help.?

i have a zune 30 gb and am very happy with it. All of the sudden, the screen has a blanck space in it and the video is no longer visable. how can i get this repaired and where do i dend it for that repair. I truly do not want to give up on it as it is expensive and actually does what i want. repairing it is the best bet if at all possible. Please help me on this with an email return and an answer?

I have the zune hd and when I try to view youtube videos, it says it cannot load that page or video, so I´m trying to download the youtube app. and it is just staying at the same spot supposedly downloading I guess. Is this normal do I just keep on waiting or what?

When I hook my Zune video, adio cable to my TV. The sound is very hard to hear off of the TV. Even when I turn the TV all the way up, it is still hard to hear the movie I am trying to watch. I have checked that the cable is firmly seated in both ports. Is there naything I can do to correct this problem.?

I purchased a zune 8gb yesterday and after putting music and videos on there, i have experienced some problems. i converted some videos to wmvs, and when i sync them to the device it appears to be syncing fine, but after the "synching" is complete, the video wasnt added. Also, i am unable to update my playlists. when i update the playlist in my collection, the device appears to be ubdating as well, but when i check my player, nothing has been added to the playlist. However, when i check my computer that my player is linked to, it says the files have been added, but on a guest computer they have not. is there anything i can do to fix this or am i doing something wrong?

i just accidently dropped my zune 30gb on the bathroom floor and now the video freezes and sometimes it will freeze(music/ radio). Does anyone now what to do or if it is just needing a new hard drive?
