So I got a Zune for a gift, set up everything on computer like I was supposed to do. I never started the Zune pass that is offered and instead went ahead and bought the Zune music points. So now I have bought 6 or 7 songs and none of them will download. Some say because I have too many computers on one zune pass (I never got a Zune pass)???? Some say because I have no internet connection, but it is obvious I do. And then the one that really gets me, it says I canīt download, rip, sync or anything because there is a problem with the usage rights. All of these say go to "Web Help" for further information. I go to this "Web Help" and the same message appears every time.. "We are sorry we do not have an answer to this error yet." What the hell??? How is that supposed to help me. If anyone has any idea of what to do.. PLEASE TELL ME!!

all you have to do to get rid of the songs on your zune is.. click on device then music(they are bolded at the top) it shows a list of songs and stuff then just right click on the ones you want to delete.. and yea thats all you do..

Ok, so i reformatted my computer because of problems that caused me to not even get to the login screen on windows XP. It would always reboot before it got there, i believe from registry problems. Anyway, alot of the music that was on there was bought but not burned to CD because i did not foresee this problem and me having to reformat it. I have not reconnected my Zune to the computer after reinstalling the Zune software because i do not want to lose all my bought music. Is there anyway to get the music off of my Zune without having ever reconnected it to my computer? Iīm afraid if i reconnect, my music will be lost.
