i have an 80gb zune and i was listening to it and it froze in the middle of the song and then just shut off. then i tried to turn it back on and it said it was syncing, but i wasnt anywhere near my computer, then all my songs just disappeared so i hooked it up to my computer and it synced random songs then shut off again and no it wont turn on at all, no matter if i plug it in to charge or what its like it died. i dont know whats wrong with it and i cant find any numbers to call to ask someone. i never dropped it and i used it occationally so its not like it was over used of abused THIS SUCKS!?

every time i press play it says the item is missing or cant be played whats wrong with it?

1. how fast the is zune internet and generally speaking can it detect more networks in the same area as an itouch. I know that an archos can detect way more than an itouch but not sure about zune 2. can you have wireless share say if someone else has a zune player too or zune hd. 3. is there expandable capacity 4. are there apps for the zune hd such as say stocks, news ..... ?

I just got a Microsoft points for my Zune, But every time i try to enter the code it says its invalid. And Five other people Tried to enter the code it just wont work! I know this sounds like a stupid question but if anybody has any idea on whats going on please Tell ME!!!! If not i just lost 50.00!?

Wife dropped her zune model 1089 into water. Dried, everything seems to work except the backlight doesn´t show so need a flashlight to see whats playing. Doubt its worth fixing but wondering what it may cost.?

my 30g zune just wont start up even if I plug the power supply I changed the battery still the same, whats the problem?

Hi, I got a zune hd and am using it outside the States. I am able to access the Apps page on marketplace after changing the region but I am not able to download the Apps into my Collection. After clicking download on App in Marketplace, it will proceed to display a download progress bar. After it finishes the download, there will be an exclamation mark beside the "download" button and my local zune program´s collection for Apps will still be empty. Whats going on I´ve tried both with US proxy and without. Thanks in advance for your help !?

when i plug in my zune it says that USB device attached to the computer malfunctioned, and windows does not recognize it. whats wrong with it?

My zune just started acting up today. The music is playing alot louder than the sound of the words. Anyone know whats wrong?
