i tried to open the zune page on my pc and it NEVER opens it only say Microsoft Zune is having problems and needs to close blah blah blah so i reported it the next day it still refused to open. any ideas?

go to īsettingsī, then to īdisplayī....turn backlight setting to1 second, and then turn the damn brightness down too. that should help.

I already had the Zune hardware downloaded ont my computer. A week ago i had to do a full system reboot, so it erased all files(so the computer is like it is new) I tried using the start up disc to download onto my computer and all i get is error messages...do i need a new disc??
