When I connect my Zune to my xbox 360 some of the albums that I created play the tracks in alphabetical order and not the order that I made them. Also is there a way to search by album instead or by artist when using the xbox 360 ?

My yongest just broke the teeth/connectors on the Zune port where you connect the sync cable (inside). What replacement part do I need to get Do I have to replace the whole board Is this easy to repair?

I was listening to my zune when it went through the suport screens (1-5). I tried to restore it using the instructions in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/927001/. I could get to the screen where it said please wait and then clearing contents. Then it went back to the support (5) screen without asking me to connect to PC. Now whenever I try it it goes from the please wait screen (30 directlyu to the contact support screen (5). Anything else I can try. Thanks for any help you can provide. ?

I have my zune mp3 player,but i cant download free music on my pc...and i can not connect my zune because my mp3 got slashed a little inside and it cannot response right and i cant sync in my pc..what to do!!!?

I just replaced the hard drive in my 1st generation zune 30gb black with a toshiba MK1224gah 120gb hard drive, it boots up, clears contents, says connect to pc, stated to reload software and firmware by starting zune software, gets to part to upload to device and comes up with error code cood124f, not enough room on hard drive, i did a hard reset to clear sofware and firmware and the same happens over and over, any ideas?

I have two zunes connected to my software. One day, a friend and I connected her Zune to my computer, and as a guest. We tried to put tv shows onto her zune, but an error kept coming up. Many months ago, we had tried the same thing, and we were able to put shows onto her zune, so why did it not work now Eventually, we just connected her zune as a non-guest, so we could put the episodes on. Later, she connected it to her own computer, and she had to re-connect to her computer as a non-guest... but then it deleted the episodes from her zune. How can we put my tv shows onto her zune so they stay on there?

Okay. I just bought a zune, 120gb, from my friend Brandon. All he gave me was a dock, a connection cable to the wall and the laptop, and a cable to connect the zune to the tv. I was told i need a software disk of some sort to put my own music on it but he doesnt have the disk to give to me. What do I do help me please.- Gloria.?
