Im reading your install guide, and I cant unzip the file. When I DL the file I want ( I have been using the calender) it DL´s as a normal file, and when I go to open the file it asks me if I would like to unpack this file onto the zune or cancel. Im using win7 and your guide (which is very helpfull) has been working up until this one part, so I dont know why theres a problem. please help, I want me some apps ;-; ?

My Zune HD wont get recognized by computer or software wont turn on or charge and it says it finds a new hardware when I connect it but then it says it cant install AXP I have Windows Vista ?

My Zune was working out pretty good and then all of a sudden I was getting ready to sync a cd and I got this message "The Zune software can´t access important data on your zune." Then it told me to disconnect and reconnect it and I did that and I still got the same message. Also the majority of the music went away on the zune that I had put on there. Please tell me that there is something that I can do to fix this problem because I love my zune and I don´t want to have to purchase another one Is this a problem that I can fix myself?

I dont know what a zip file is so im stuck i cant finish putting the games on my device the games is not on the visual c# software!please help me!?

My zune froze on my so i reset it. When i turned it back it had reverted back to the way it was when i got it. No Music. No Videos. Nothing. Even the software had down graded. It wasn´t a problem, as i could just re-sync it all. When i went to resync it, there was still 25 gigs of spaced used up, but i none of the media show´s up on the device. I synched it anyway, but now i have 25 gigs of media and 25 gigs of nothing for a total of 50 gigs. How do i get rid of the 25 gigs of nothing ?
