I have a 30gb zune and one day when i tried to turn it on it wouldn´t start. I charged it and it showed me the plug in screen then the zune loading bar but then went to a blank screen. Once i turned it on the only way to turn off the blank screen was to let it die. How can i fix this problem?

Hi, i connected my zune 80gb to a speaker when someone knocked it down. Once it fell, i took it off the speakers and tried listening it through my earphones. I noticed that everything was perfectly normal but the only problem was that I didn´t hear anything. Could it be that something inside of the earphone connector be broken Everything else works but the music won´t come out...?

The pad that lets me scroll through my music is no longer working. I dont know what to do to fix it, if it can be fixed. Is there a way i can do this myself?

have a toshiba mk8010gah hard drive to replace defective 30gb drive in my son´s zune. Someone told me the 8009 hard rive will work, but not the 8010. Are they correct & what´s the difference?

so it seems as tho i can only add a few different playlists to my device....when i try to sync a new playlist from my collection it either doesnt acctually show up on my device or it does and in turn deletes another playlist...all the songs are acctually on my zune but the playlists wont sync...anyone have a solution for me?

i cant get all the playlists in my collection to stay in my device...when i sync a new playlist one of the others disappears or the one im trying to sync just doesnt show up on my device, i still have the songs on the device the playlist is where the problem is...anyone have a solution for me?

my zune shows a contact 5 support thing when i turn it on and it stays on like until the battery dies before this happened i noticed my zune would freeze for 10 seconds and work again but this time it froze and it never came back and i had reset it and everything do i have to get service on it?
