Questions about the Microsoft Zune Player

I bought a Zune on US. I´m trying to use it in Argentina, but my damn USB won´t recognize it. I´ve never had this problem before, and the USB works fine. I´m not using the HUB, I´ve installed the software perfectly, but nothing happens when I connect it to my PC.?
