1. how fast the is zune internet and generally speaking can it detect more networks in the same area as an itouch. I know that an archos can detect way more than an itouch but not sure about zune 2. can you have wireless share say if someone else has a zune player too or zune hd. 3. is there expandable capacity 4. are there apps for the zune hd such as say stocks, news ..... ?

The Zune started off with sharing wireless. Are you talking about wifi-direct or multi node connection or tethering. I think it is all down to hardware and what its capabilities are. Like the android phones the Zune has the backing of the windows mobile OS which is in more mobile devices than android.
