Question:
I accidentally dropped my Zune today. Not a big drop. When I pressed down, it froze and it highlighted both Music and Video. I resetted it but it came with an Error 5 message (the one that says contact support). The worst part is that I live in Australia so i HAVE no support. Am I screwed I just got it a week or so ago What should I do :´( Thanks?

The DRM version on this computer is not up to date.

Please be careful with your zune, I dropped a lead crystal vase once and it shattered. No warranty on that. Take it back to the retailer and say it doesn´t work.
