Question:
alright, so one day my zune just stops playing music and just starts showing a screen saying to connect it to my computer, so i do and it tells me to restore the firmware, but everytime i try to get it to download, it seems my zune just wont take it, and without it the com. wont recognize it, and it keeps that screen up telling me to connect it. i´ve tried all the obvious stuff, anyone with some smarts to help a brother out, im goin crazy with out my tunes,?

Same thing happened to me and I sent it back to Zune. They replace mine with a new one. No more problems. So I suggest you do the same if it is still under warrenty. If not, I pretty sure it would be cheaper to let them repair it instead of buying a new one. Hope this was some help.

Are you doing this while the is fully charged. Try to do a reset, try to format it.
