I bought my 30gb zune about a year ago, it worked fine and everything. one day dad wanted to open it and fix something that was out of place in it and by accident he ripped 2 wires from the Zune ZIF Hard Drive Cable. so he bought the piece online and we recieved it and he put it in the zune and everything was perfect, but the zune refused to turn on. even after i charged it and everything and when it does turn on it says to call technical support or something. I donīt know what to do. please help me. no one has this problem ._.?

Plug it in to the mains charger and do a reset.
