Question:
A hard drive went out on the computer and we lost the program with all the music and everything. Its still on the zune but if i use it to redownload the program will it erase my music on the zune?

it shouldn´t, but to be on the safe side, do the following:
1.) plug in your zune to a working computer
2.) Insert the driver and install it
3.) UNPLUG YOUR ZUNE
4.) Go to zune.net and download the software
5.) plug your zune back into your computer
6.) Set the zune as a GUEST CONNECTION
7.) Sync the zune content to the collection on the computer
8.) After the content is back on, you can (it is not required, unless you want to make music purchases/zune pass purchases)
change the setting of the zune back to a owner-connection by going to settings in the software and clicking "Change sync Relationship" in the "Device" tab
