I havenīt had trouble before, but today my zune does not respond to anything. The screen appears to have a faint back light, but it wonīt turn on/off, sync, play or anything.?

i had the same problem with mine a few weeks ago i just had to leave it alone til it was completely dead and then charged it and it was fine.
