Question:
When I hook my Zune video, adio cable to my TV. The sound is very hard to hear off of the TV. Even when I turn the TV all the way up, it is still hard to hear the movie I am trying to watch. I have checked that the cable is firmly seated in both ports. Is there naything I can do to correct this problem.?

Have you switched the zune to use the TV.
On your Zune, go to settings, display, tv out and select on. Select ok. The Zune screen will go blank and the output will be sent to your TV or monitor.
It could be the quality of the audio on the file you are using, sounds ok from the zune but not on the TV. Make sure the mini jack is in fully, it is easy not to get that final click.
