Question:
I´ve had my Zune for about 4 months, and the other day I was listening to some music, and it turned off out of the blue (it was half charged) and it will not turn back on again! I´ve gone through all the resetting steps, plugged it into my laptop etc. to no avail. Has my battery died If not, what´s wrong with it (If someone could diagnose it, that´d be great because I´d prefer to repair it myself then send it off the USA for loads of money!) Thank you.?

I went to ebay.com, and found a guy called joseph ng on ebay who does repairs for me. he even has other zunes to sell you on the cheap as well. i think the name he uses on ebay is nextreme something like that and when you contact him just say amy sent ya.

I´d say just to probably try replacing the battery. That´s all I could think of.
