I just got a Microsoft points for my Zune, But every time i try to enter the code it says its invalid. And Five other people Tried to enter the code it just wont work! I know this sounds like a stupid question but if anybody has any idea on whats going on please Tell ME!!!! If not i just lost 50.00!?

You should, if you bought them online, to be able to simply buy music and the points be on the account.

I have no idea what is going on but if you canīt figure it out, call Microsoft support. It is not the most fun thing to do but I would expect them to be able to figure out and correct the situation. I would guess that you are looking at a 15-30 minute phone call though.
