Question:
i was listening to music on my zune and all of a sudden it just froze. in the light i can see that it is still on but none of the buttons work and when i plug it into my computer it doesnīt even register that its plugged in iīve only had it for a few months and i donīt know what to do. please help!?

push the back button first keep holding it dont let go then push the up button hold the two untill zune player restarts then let go

Try holding Up and Play at the same time to restart it.
