Question:
I loaded the software and synchronized for the first time on the 1st of Jan. Zune was frozen. I followed the direction re. taking the battery out, yet when I try to connect and synch Zune, it is still frozen. Can you pls help?

just press up and back at the same time. hold til the thing works again. :3

the zune can be reset but holding the up and the back button.

this happened with me and after some research i found that if you hold down the DOWN button and the BACK button itīll reset itself and stop freezing but you have to leave it alone for a few hours before all this. my guess it that the zune froze cuz you clicked things too fast i duno but try it .

did you leave it long enough without the battery in?
