Question:
I purchased a zune 8gb yesterday and after putting music and videos on there, i have experienced some problems. i converted some videos to wmvs, and when i sync them to the device it appears to be syncing fine, but after the "synching" is complete, the video wasnt added. Also, i am unable to update my playlists. when i update the playlist in my collection, the device appears to be ubdating as well, but when i check my player, nothing has been added to the playlist. However, when i check my computer that my player is linked to, it says the files have been added, but on a guest computer they have not. is there anything i can do to fix this or am i doing something wrong?

I had a similar problem with my 80GB Zune. Try going to this website http://forums.zune.net/1/42/231510/ShowPost.aspx#231510 scrolling all the way to the bottom and following the instructions there. Good luck ^_^
