Question:
After replacing hard drive I went to reinstall software and update firmware, unit never finished. Unit goes to screen that says connect to pc. Computer never recognizes zune and says USB device has malfunctioned. So it looks like the flash failed. Anyway to get it working again to re-flash firmware?

Make sure the language is in English Canada. It shouid work that way.
