Question:
The screen on my Zune is dim... but I can still see the last song I played, the zune is pretty much frozen. And when I plug it in to the computer... nothing happens! PLEASE HELP... SOMEONE!?

sync with Zune software
Still no joy
Send back to retailer
out of warranty
contact MS zune support for return

Have your tried pugging into the mains charger?
