every time i press play it says the item is missing or cant be played whats wrong with it?

Reformat your zune:
***BE SURE YOU HAVE BACKED UP YOUR CONTENT FIRST***
1.) Open the Zune Software
2.) Plug in your zune to the computer
3.) In the software, go to Settings>Device>Sync Options>ERASE ALL CONTENT
4.) After it is completed, Re-sync your content

try to put the material on again..if not then reformat the material
