i have a zune 120gb.. it continues to go to contact support. have tried to reset, reboot, and let the battery drain. when i do the reset it will go to please wait (show 3) then goes back to contact support.?

i tried to call that support contact no. but canīt reach it

Mine too. Less than a month out of waranty and they wonīt fix it. HELP!

okay, mine does the same thing! Itīs getting frustrating.
I need someone to help me out with it. I bought it new and used it for about two weeks or so. it shouldnīt be doing this so soon!
