My zune is too slow..,on the screen"contact support appears again and again". iīve restarted it plenty times..,still the problem exists.. my warranty is not yet over..what shoulod i do.. playing videos are taking longer time.. mine is a 120 GB zune.. ?

If you have warranty get it replaced or fixed by Microsoft. Donīt wait another minute get it sorted. If it goes out of warranty and the hard drive fails it will end up in the trash.
