Question:
My Zune was working out pretty good and then all of a sudden I was getting ready to sync a cd and I got this message "The Zune software canīt access important data on your zune." Then it told me to disconnect and reconnect it and I did that and I still got the same message. Also the majority of the music went away on the zune that I had put on there. Please tell me that there is something that I can do to fix this problem because I love my zune and I donīt want to have to purchase another one Is this a problem that I can fix myself?

#1 is it still under warranty?
#2 if so call the zune help line and ask them to walk you through re installing the firmware.
#3 if they seem clueless ask for tere two support.
then youl get to talk to people who actually know what there doing.
