Hi I have a 30gb zune and I don´t know what hapend with it when I try to charge it, it won´t and I guess that the output for the usb cabe is damage and I would like to know where I can take it to repair it or send it.?

I have the zune hd and when I try to view youtube videos, it says it cannot load that page or video, so I´m trying to download the youtube app. and it is just staying at the same spot supposedly downloading I guess. Is this normal do I just keep on waiting or what?

Uhh. I just broke my screen from it landing on a soft surface. I went to bestbuy and they told me that I had to buy a whole new zune. When this happened to my little brothers ipod, apple replaced the whole thing. I guess buying the zune was a bad idea. = (?

So I´ve had my zune for about 2 years and at the beginning it wouldn´t charge or anything but then i figured out that it was just that i needed to update it or whatever. but now everytime i try to play a song it freezes up and everything and then shuts down. either that or it says its playing, but nothing comes out. thats a step up from doing nothing i guess but i would still like to listen to my music. HELP ME !! :/?

it might help if you restart it hold up while holding back button - i guess that´s all i can say if it still don´t work, call zune number on pamphlet 1-800-get-zune?

This happened to my zune also. It was sitting inside its protective case and when I used it the next time it wouldn´t turn on but for a few seconds to show me the screen was cracked on the inside. Microsoft will not do anything about it either. I guess I´ll have to buy and Ipod instead. I used to be a big fan of the zune.?
