I got my Zune around a year ago and about 6 months ago I tossed (very lightly!) my Zune on to the couch and the hold button broke off with my Zune on hold. my friend tried to get it off by switching it back, but i think a small peice in the top broke off. What do I do is there an estimate on how much it´ll cost to fix?

hey blake, i would try opening ur zune, only the back panel. then when u put the back panel back on, make sure ur hold switch is in the right position. if the zune was locked when u opened it to change the screen, and u put the back on w/ the hold switch on unlock, then the button will not line up w/ the switch on the inside, rendering the hold switch useless. hope this helps =)?

my zune will not power on. I fell asleep with it on and i woke up and put it on the charger but i get no fullscreen icon of chrging or low battery i hold down play and nothing happens. the hold switch is not on. ive plugged it into everything ive ever charged it off and i get nothing and now im getting scared please tell me what happened?

My Zune was hit by a flying water jug. :( so heres what happened in order... 1. I turned the hold button off and the screen had a crack in it. 2. i listened to about two minuts of music 3. the screen blinked off, then bright. 4.i put the zune on hold 5. i tried to take it off hold and listen to music but the screen was black as if it were off and it would not start... What can i do?

I left my zune in my pocket and the head phone jack broke off inside the head phone port. i got it out but now when i try to listen to music or watch videos, the music and sound affects come in but you cant hear the vocals or voices what happend and where can i get it fixed?

i broke the hold button on my zune, i tried to snap it back on but it wont stay in place. it snapped but the top part slides back and forth really easily. is there anyway to fix this at home ?
