Hi, i connected my zune 80gb to a speaker when someone knocked it down. Once it fell, i took it off the speakers and tried listening it through my earphones. I noticed that everything was perfectly normal but the only problem was that I didn´t hear anything. i only hear sound out of one of the earphones or speakers. need to use a rubber band to bend the input to hear both sides. can i replace this on a 30 m model and where do i get it.?

When I connect my zune, it charges like normal but the zune program does not recognize that it is connected and doesn´t let me sync any music onto it. But then there is also a window that pops up and says that there was a error in the installation. I´ve been using the Zune for almost a year and its been working like normal until now, that i cant put music onto it. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

We don´t need our zune reviewed ..the headphone jack is broken how much to replace When headphone is put in we can only hear one speaker the other one cuts in and out.?

I work for the postal service. I walk all day long and listen to music and podcasts. I want to buy a zune but I can´t wear headphones on because of safety reasons. Can your company please make a zune with either internal speakers or a tiny external speaker that plugs in the usb port and doesn´t require batteries but runs off of the zune´s battery. I don´t want to buy batteries all the time. If you guys could do this for me and everybody else that wants to have a pocket speaker it would greatly appreciated! ?

I dropped my zune so many times before and the last time wich was a few days ago, i fell out of my hand and now i can´t hear any music, it still works though except i can´t listen to the music. well how can i get it fixed, is there a number i can call??, how much would i get charged to have it fixed.?

The inside of my son´s LCD screen splintered....and he was no where near it. Unless some kind of invisible elf gently removed the earphones wrapped neatly around it, somehow got inside the Zune and cracked the screen from the inside only, then gently rewrapped the earphones back around it, IT BROKE ON IT´S OWN!!!!! Shocking...Microsoft won´t do anything about it even though he has only owned it for 60 days. Is there some kind of class action suit that can be filed about this?????

I purchased a used zune 30 from a friend. I noticed after a few minutes or so the word "connected" comes up on the screen and I can´t use any buttons unless I turn it off and then back on. Is this normal It never did this before.?

I left it a day and tryied to turn it on but it only came up with the battery symbol. After that i tryied to charge it but it wasn´t charging or even being deteched by my zune software. This other night i was listening to my 8GB Zune, then before going to sleep i noticed it was low on battery so i decided to charge it overnight, next day when i wake up and turn it on to listen to it, i noticed that its all slow!!! the music plays fine and all, but when i want to navigate thru the menu, its a while to do so, and when i play videos, the audio is perfect, but the graphics are slow, as if they were 1 frame per second!! HELP!!! is it battery?
