I have a 30 GB zune (the original). Six months ago it would not charge. It seemed that the pins that connect to the usb cord were pushed back into the zune. Is this possible, and is there some way to get them out far enough to make contact, or would there be some other problem. It is not making connection at all, so I can´t charge or sync it. I have tried it on my desktop and my laptop with no luck. Even the car charger will not make connection.

Something happened to my zune. I did have a 2 yr warrenty on it but when i brought it back to best buy they said that it wasn´t the zunes fault. he said i must have pulled the connection cord from it and the pins are bent at the bottem and now it won´t charge and i cant transfer songs but the zune does work. Obviously it ran out of battery finally because i cant charge it. Can you repair this? i will pay you anything (almost anything) thank you?

My Zune was working fine, then I hadn´t used it in a while. I just tried to connect it to my computer and it won´t recognize that it is connected. The charge icon goes from charging to half battery, kinda like it isn´t getting a good connection. I just bought a new $20 sync cable, but it is doing the same thing. I tried plugging it into the card charger and AC charger, but get the same thing. Who do I contact about getting it fixed/replaced. It should still be under warranty. - Thanks!?

I am now working out of the country, and I am using my laptop to add music and video to my Zune. The problem I have is that I cannot get all of the original data that was added on my home computer to add itself to the Zune software on my laptop. So a couple days ago, i try to charge my Zune by ,obviously plugging in the charger into mu zune but for some odd reason the cord wouldn´t go into my zune.I tried putting it in their for like 5 minutes and wouldn´t work. Then my sister decided to try and fix it so she put a knife in the slot where you would usually put the cord in there to charge it and the cord then fit in there but then i go and try to charge the thing and it would not charge,not at all!!Help me!!!?

Hey I really like Zunes but i am starting to have so many danm problem with them maybe u can help me. My first zune broke because it´s so hard to charge it through the case and when i did get it in it broke the pins. i need help with my zune 120gb zune....i plug in the charger and it won´t automatically charge. I am thinking it might have to do with my charge connectors in my zune; because i push in the charger cord in kind of hard and prop the cord up....it charges just fine... any ideas?

Last night I had my Zune plugged in and was listening to it. The ´charging´ symbol in the lower right hand corner was moving, but the Zune never took a charge. Now I can´t turn it on at all. I´ve tried unplugging and re-plugging it in to the outlet, the Zune and the usb connection, cleaning the connection points, and holding the power button for 11 seconds. All to no avail. Can anyone help ?
