I loaded the software and synchronized for the first time on the 1st of Jan. Zune was frozen. I followed the direction re. taking the battery out, yet when I try to connect and synch Zune, it is still frozen. Can you pls help?

alright, so one day my zune just stops playing music and just starts showing a screen saying to connect it to my computer, so i do and it tells me to restore the firmware, but everytime i try to get it to download, it seems my zune just wont take it, and without it the com. wont recognize it, and it keeps that screen up telling me to connect it. i´ve tried all the obvious stuff, anyone with some smarts to help a brother out, im goin crazy with out my tunes,?

My zunr will not come on and when i try to connect it to the computer (regardless of what computer ) it tells me that the Device can not be found. prior to this when it would turn on it would get stuck on the Please waut screen. ?

The screen on my Zune is dim... but I can still see the last song I played, the zune is pretty much frozen. And when I plug it in to the computer... nothing happens! PLEASE HELP... SOMEONE!?

Took my Zune out of pocket and the bar that runs across the screen was frozen. Got home and connected Zune to computer now I have nothing. No response what so ever.?

When I connect my Zune to the computer it will not turn on, but the screen says connected. Are you supposed to be able to turn the Zune on when it is connected. It does sync and download stuff but if I wanted to hook up to someone else´s computer yo play a video on a larger screen, this does not seem possible.
