whenever I plug inn my zune into the computer or its charger it always says contact support I do no have any numbers to contact support what do I do?

i have a zune 120gb.. it continues to go to contact support. have tried to reset, reboot, and let the battery drain. when i do the reset it will go to please wait (show 3) then goes back to contact support.?

I accidentally dropped my Zune today. Not a big drop. When I pressed down, it froze and it highlighted both Music and Video. I resetted it but it came with an Error 5 message (the one that says contact support). The worst part is that I live in Australia so i HAVE no support. Am I screwed I just got it a week or so ago What should I do :´( Thanks?

My zune is too slow..,on the screen"contact support appears again and again". i´ve restarted it plenty times..,still the problem exists.. my warranty is not yet over..what shoulod i do.. playing videos are taking longer time.. mine is a 120 GB zune.. ?

I was listening to my zune when it went through the suport screens (1-5). I tried to restore it using the instructions in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/927001/. I could get to the screen where it said please wait and then clearing contents. Then it went back to the support (5) screen without asking me to connect to PC. Now whenever I try it it goes from the please wait screen (30 directlyu to the contact support screen (5). Anything else I can try. Thanks for any help you can provide. ?

i have a 30gb, that was refurb from tigerdirect. no support cd was included, and the last five times i tried to dl the drivers, it kept saying it wouldnt install w/o an update from ms. any clue as to how to bypass this, and just use the damn thing for playing music?

My middle button has stopped working.. now it is froze! itis a 8gb and i have had it for a year! nothing has been spilt on it.. It just stopped working when i connected to marketplace and was looking at new releases!! What do I do to make my middle button work ?
