my zune has been working fine for the time that i have had it. it has died in the past and i charged it and everything was fine. i recently died and when i plugged it in to charge it went to the main zune screen then it went away. every couple of seconds i herd a clicking noise from the zune. but the zune wasn´t charging and nothing came up on my computer. i unplugged it and tried it later now when i plug it in nothing happens.?

My son was listening to a song on our 30gb zune, its less than a year old...it froze and died. I have it pluged into my computer, the software came up when I plugged it in but the zune has not came on at all...no response at all. Does anyone know what is wrong with it?

I think my zune was plugged into a computer full of viruses. (borrowed by a friend). At first it just froze and then the battery died and an error screen pops up saying i need to reload the software. Once i finally did that all of my music was erased and it wont sync anything. ?
