why dose my freeze my computers everytime i plug it in to the computer

Ok my zune is all screwed up! i bought it in the states and used my friends comp to put music on etc. now when im back in germany i dleteed all the songs so i can use the zune libary at my house here. but everytime i sync or something when i try listening to songs the audio keep sfreezing and it shows it keeps playing or the song plays then stops plays then stops then completely goes to another song or the whole zune freezes for awhile and nothin works then i hav to reset the device and still happens. keeps sayin the songs are missing or cant be played. idk why because i have the zune directed to the folder with the songs on. but im rlly tired of the zune freezing and changing songs when i cant even listen to 1 song. also the battery dies half way down everytime theres a long pause and by the time the zune dies i havent even heard a full song....please help! im tired of this!?

I have had my zune for maybe a month and still havent figured it out. everytime i plug it onto my computer it syncs all the songs on there again. i have 4 of each song on there and when i try to sync myself its always errors. any ideas let me know before i break this peice.?
