I dropped my zune and it says contact support 5 on the screen. Also, when plugged into my computer it says that their is an undetected USB. I am so frustrated and really want to know if my zune is a lost cause?

I down loaded music to my zune. two days later I tried to download music and could not. the message: download failed. Daily I am becoming more and more frustrated with my zune!! jenny kwolek?

Zune obviously has a problem with cracking screens. I contacted them and they do not currently have a program for warranty on the screen. This sucks! I am very frustrated and unwilling to buy a new Zune even though the technology is great. But this screen problem will cause them to lose lots of business to iPod. Does anyone know if there is a way to replace the screen How much it costs Can I do it myself Is there a repair center that will do the deed Peace out!?

ok so my zune won´t charge and if it doesnt charge it doesnt work. So i used it for like 5 minutes by my computer then turned it off then i tried to turn it back on (i had just charged it wen i listened to it) but it wouldnt so i started to ry to charge it but it says there´s no zune so im very frustrated.?

I´ve had my Zune for the past year and it was working perfectly until I updated the new software. Shortly after doing so it froze on me for the first time, didn´t turn back on and I had to do a hard reboot on it. I haven´t tried uploading music recently and today I just tried and it syncs to the computer after about 3 tries of taking the usb in and out of the device and now it won´t even sync music. It will delete it.. and even that is crashed. It´s telling me I have all 30G´s used when I just deleted about 250 songs I am very frustrated.. can someone help I just want to use my zune the way I did before. Thank you! ?

-PLEASE HELP-My zune completely ran out of battery a few weeks ago, but I thought my sync cable was broken so I didn’t do anything or a while. I finally got a new cable and it still doesn´t work. There’s no sign that it´s charging no matter what I plug it in to. I have 3 computers and no port works. The adapter plugged into an outlet doesn´t work. I’m so frustrated. I called the zune support line and they want me to send it in. I tried holding all those buttons like back and up and nothing. Is there ANYTHING I can do The zune people say they are not sure they will fix it PLEASE HELP! Any suggestion will be appreciated!!!!!?

I am trying (in vain) to unpack and upload zuneclan.com-ZuneAlarmClock.ccgame to my ZuneHD (I´ve tried other ccgames without success as well). I have loaded and registered Visual C#2008 Express, installed XNA Game Studio 3.1, and installed the XNA Game Studio 3.1 Zune extensions. I launched the XNA Game Studio Device Center and have used it to connect with my ZuneHD (my Zune displays "XNA GAME STUDIO CONNECT"). I connect my ZuneHD with the USB cable, wait until the Zune application launches, then close the Zune application. Lastly, I double-click the .ccgame file and indicate in the XNA Game Studio Package Utility window that I want it to unpack the file; the meter bar in the window zooms to around the halfway mark, then the whole thing hangs up. I have also tried using the xnapack.exe unpack .ccgame filename> command via the XNA Game Studio Command Prompt, but it either hangs up or else says "Error 2160: The XNA Framework runtime required by this game project is not available on ´Zune´. The following information may provide more detail: There is no runtime registered for the target device that matches the required runtime version. The target device is not supported by the installed version of XNA Game Studio Platform Tools." I have run Microsoft Game Studio 3.1 Zune Extensions Installer (zunextensions.msi) multiple times, but it doesn´t make any difference. Any help will be most appreciated, as I am very frustrated at this point.?
