We have a Zune 4gb MP3 player, it has NEVER been used, we lost some of the parts during a move, etc. Trying to get it working, not happening. It is 2 years old, would the battery need replacing, and is this hard to do?

I am trying to charge my zune and have it plugged into the computer, all that is happening is the screen keeps flashing the zue logo, and does not seem to be charging. It looks like it is trying to boot up but just keeps resetting, any help would be appreciated.?

My son´s lcd screen broke. The Zune will still play songs, but there is no display. How much to fix? Doesn´t it seem that this is happening to a lot of Zunes??

My daughter has a Zune and when she plugs it in it will charge and she can down load songs. But when she unplugs it it will not turn on. You see the Zune pic really fast and turns back off. I continue to get Error code C00D1197 (80070002) and havn´t been able to download anything for some time now. The problem is happening when downloading from the market place to my computer, after the download sequance it errors out any ideas?
