I downloaded the zune software and every time I hook my mp3 up to my computer it says installing device and I need to reboot my computer and after I do that and I hook it up again, it still says installing device and i need to reboot my computer, mp3 isn´t being detected by my computer, is there a problem with my mp3 player or with my computer ?
