i think that happened to mine because i left it on my dresser by it self and came back a couple days later only to find that the screen was cracked at the bottom?

my brother tried to force the USB cord in backwards and it messed up the connector. it worked until i had to charge it, when it didn´t recognize the USB. is that particular part replaceable?
