I plan on going out to sea and I wanted to put all the info I had on my zune onto an external hard drive. After I started the process everything on my zune started to disappear. I had almost 3g of an 8g filled up and now most of that is missing and everything I had situated on my playlists are gone and I can´t seem to put any new playlists back on the zune. Should I invest in a new zune or can find all my playlists and music Please HELP!! I have been trying to ask the geeksquad and anyone that has a zune been no one seems to understand or know what I am talking about. Again, PLEASE HELP!!!!!!?

so it seems as tho i can only add a few different playlists to my device....when i try to sync a new playlist from my collection it either doesnt acctually show up on my device or it does and in turn deletes another playlist...all the songs are acctually on my zune but the playlists wont sync...anyone have a solution for me?

My computer crashed and had to restore to factory which deleted Zune and all my music. Re-installed Zune and now want to move all the music from the Zune back to the computer. I try dragging playlists from Zune to the Collections icon but nothing happens. What do I do?
