Please help if possible: I´ve had my since February 16th and it was totally fine. But then my headphones broke because i used to wrap them around the zune, probably my fault, so i didn´t use it for at least a week, i had it in a safe place and when i checked on it because i got new headphones, the screen was cracked but i was from the inside. There is no dent or anything on the screen, anyone repairs this please?

look the aswer is easy the mainboard is broke.... professoinally this could cost you about the price of a new zune....I found an easy solution find a new board online its called RapidRepair.. all you need is a small screw driver set an exacto knife and safe openers.. this site also gives you step by step instructions on how to repair it a new board will cost you about 100 they also sell other products like LCD screens Upgrades and New batteries that last 15 percent longer then your old one... if you need someone to do it for you I could but it will cost you 20$ umm and you need to buy your own parts.. this site is very helpful if your a handy man or woman.?

You have to convert them to WMV format. its easy after you install the program on the program you press WMV. The video pixels and quality will absolutely suck if you dont mess with the prefrences.
