Is there a way to replace my zune´susb port that is located on the bottom of the zune. I went to charge it and the prongs inside bent so now I can´t charge it?

Something happened to my zune. I did have a 2 yr warrenty on it but when i brought it back to best buy they said that it wasn´t the zunes fault. he said i must have pulled the connection cord from it and the pins are bent at the bottem and now it won´t charge and i cant transfer songs but the zune does work. Obviously it ran out of battery finally because i cant charge it. Can you repair this? i will pay you anything (almost anything) thank you?
