My Zune 30 Gig stopped working and reverted to the startup page (zune icon with white bar on bottom. I have did all the resetting options, and let the battery run down. I plugged it to my computer and it is not recognized, the charge battery came up, and after a few minutes the Zune logo and white bar are showed up. The Zune was plugged into a charging cradle and the battery icon was green prior to the predicament stated above. Now I have noticed the back of the Zune is getting warmer. What the heck happened, I see other people with the same problem but no one is coming forth with an answer. ?

everytime i turn on my zune i get a screen contact support its a white screen i tired charging it all the way but nothing works even resetting it what do i do to fix it?

My zune will not initialize/reboot. The black/white screen only shows an exclamation point inside a rectangle everytime I press the pause/play button. Is this a major repair.?

My Zune is frozen on the home screen where it´s the Zune symobol, then under it there is the words "Zune", and under that there is the white bar fully loaded. What can i do to unfreeze it?

I ws going to leave my Zune for a couple of min so I pressed the pause button, when I returned the screen has the ZUNE emblem and the white line on the bottom of the screen like it just rebooted, but now everything is frozen none of the button work. ive tried all the resets and stuff nothing, the zune is not on lock. any help please?

Has anyone gotten any "Zune Mints" in the mail I got a mysterious looking package from a Microsoft address in Ohio, with a little plastic jar with the Zune logo on the top. There´s little white candies that smell minty inside. On the package is states the contents as "ZUNE_MINTS". I can´t find anything about this anywhere...?

Yesterday, I began experiencing difficulties with my 120 GB Zune. During an attempt to switch songs during a party, it began to say that every item selected was unable to play/not available--I was unable to find a single title that worked. I shut the device off for the night, and upon turning it on today, I´ve only been met with a plain white screen, which subsequent restarts and a hook-up to Zune software have failed to clear. Does anybody have a bit of insight into the matter Thanks.?

I used to own the original version of the 120GB zune. It got stolen so i recently bought the new version of the 80GB zune. It does not come with a startup CD, just instructions to go to www.zune.net/setup to download the software. When i try to download it, everything works fine until a screen pops up with a white background and the words ZUNE and the zune symbol on it. My old software will not detect my new zune. I´ve tried everything i can but i cannot get it to work. Any solutions?

ok so i have a white 30 g zune. i had dropped it, but right after it was working fine, then about 30 minutes later i went to get it and play a game and it took for ever to even get a screen and when i did it was not my background... it was just black and i thought well maybe it is just the back ground that changed, so i tryed to play a game and it would start to load it then go back to the "begin screen" i tryed pressing a few other buttons and it was just going very very slow so i let it sit for about an hour and tryed it again... it didnt work, kept doing the same thing being very slow. i kept trying let it sit for a little bit then try something again. then i finally tried to plug it into my laptop and now a screen is up that says contact suport.. is there any thing i can do with out calling microsoft?
