I downloaded anupdate to my 8 gig zune player and now the display dosent light up Everything else works. I can see the screen if I shine a flashlight onto it or have it outside to see what to select. It all works but the display doent light up. I thought about a complete reset but i dont want to loose 7 gigs of music i cant replace. Mike?

My ZUNES´s UP BUTTON DSNT WORK.. anybody have any idea how to fix it?? ..details on problem-- left and right buttons work/down button works/back and play works/ but not the top which is the problem bc i cant raise the volume on my zune..ps. the silver ring came off and thats when the problem started.?

hi, ok I have the 8 gb pink zune and everything was going very well until it just froze up and it stopped working....I mean the return button works the it locks when i push the button on top and the play button works to turn it off, but the only thing is that the scroll pad button will not let me scroll or click the buttons its locked... now my question to you is how do I let it start working again?

I dropped my zune 80g screen is black,it works just cant see screen,screen lights up black,if i push same buttons to get to tv out it works on tv screen,but screen on zune is black,can I get it fixed without paying microsoft close to new price?
