I HAVE A ZUNE 30G AND IT IS NOT RECOGNISED BY MY COMPUTER. I TRIED EVERYTHING ON THE ZUNE WEBSITE AND ALSO THEIR TECH SUPPORT. I PRESS THE BUTTONS TO DELETE EVERYTHING BUT NOW IT STILL ASK TO CONNECT TO PC WHICH STILL CANNOT RECOGNISE IT! I HAVE THE LATEST SOFTWARE AND WIN VISTA LAPTOP AND WIN XP DESKTOP. PLEASE HELP.?

All you need to do is drop by the Microsoft Connect site, sign up with a Windows LIVE id that´s linked to your Xbox LIVE Gamertag, and enter your 12-digit console identification number. Microsofts looking for several thousand participants, which sounds like a lot, but really isn´t, given the public enthusiasm for this particular update--that, and the preview´s open to all regions where Xbox LIVE is available. Don´t wait to plug in your contact info and muscle through the sign-up cross-sectional survey, in other words. Having an Xbox LIVE Gold account gets you VIP access, though even then, it´s down to Microsoft´s oracular internal filtering processes who gets a golden email and who´s left standing outside the gates peering in. The connect site states it´ll review applicants and make selections "based on variables such as region and connection type." Presumably they´ll be looking for a broad cross-section of user types. At least one sharp-eyed gamer replying to Hryb´s blog solicitation wonders "What has happened to the Last.FM part of this update that was originally announced" What indeed. Last.FM is the UK-based internet radio and music community founded in 2002 with over 30 million active users in more than 200 countries. Will it be in the preview Hard to say, but it´s absence in Hryb´s otherwise detailed and specific post seems more than accidental. Conspiracy theorists at ease--perhaps Last.FM´s just not ready for prime time.?

i have a 30gb, that was refurb from tigerdirect. no support cd was included, and the last five times i tried to dl the drivers, it kept saying it wouldnt install w/o an update from ms. any clue as to how to bypass this, and just use the damn thing for playing music?

zune has a 5 on it says contact support how can i fix it to get off the same screen, i tried rebooting it by pressing up and back still the same thing?

5 Whenever i plug my zune device in, the computer detects it and then after about 3 seconds it´ll say "The Zune software can´t acess important data on your Zune. Try disconnecting and reconnecting it. If the problem persists, contact customer support." and i dont even know were to find support besides here but anyways, does anyone know what to do or has anyone had any similar porblems I have a 120 GB black zune and yes its registered and everything and it´s only recently started doing this. I also deleted ALL the content off my Zune from the settings, would that have something to do with it. Also when ever i open Zune it says i need an update and i click "update now" but then it just comes up with this small window that only says cancel and you can´t see anything?

I have an 80gb Zune and when I turn it on it says the number 5 and contact support. I was wondering if there was any way to fix this If so how much?

I have a zune 30gb that went to "contact support" error screen. I reset it and it went back to the same screen. I did the clear content (back + left + center)and tried to reinstall updated firmware and it says there is no room for the new firmware and that i should remove some content first. (Error code COOD124F) Did I fry the HD Mother board should be good right It clicks inside too, during the reset... don´t remember if it used to do that. HELP!?

i open my 80gb zune to clean the dust from the inside the lcd now a messag came on lcd screan to contact support i try to reset it but the same thing keep happening?
