I was listening to my zune when it went through the suport screens (1-5). I tried to restore it using the instructions in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/927001/. I could get to the screen where it said please wait and then clearing contents. Then it went back to the support (5) screen without asking me to connect to PC. Now whenever I try it it goes from the please wait screen (30 directlyu to the contact support screen (5). Anything else I can try. Thanks for any help you can provide. ?

Ever since June 17, 2010 my zune software has stopped working (almost 2 months). I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software numerous times and it has not worked. I´m super frustrated because I cannot listen to my music, update my device software, or put new music on my device. I have already tried talking to support and googling the issue and nothing has helped. ANY SUGGESTIONS **Note I would love to keep using Zune software but if someone knows how to use the zune device with itunes I am willing to resort to that too.?

I dropped my Zune accidentaly and have been trying to get it going again I have made it to page 5 on the Zune and it says contact support. Was stuck on please wait. What to do now?

my zune shows a contact 5 support thing when i turn it on and it stays on like until the battery dies before this happened i noticed my zune would freeze for 10 seconds and work again but this time it froze and it never came back and i had reset it and everything do i have to get service on it?

I dropped my zune and it says contact support 5 on the screen. Also, when plugged into my computer it says that their is an undetected USB. I am so frustrated and really want to know if my zune is a lost cause?

I have a 30 GB zune (the original). Six months ago it would not charge. It seemed that the pins that connect to the usb cord were pushed back into the zune. Is this possible, and is there some way to get them out far enough to make contact, or would there be some other problem. It is not making connection at all, so I can´t charge or sync it. I have tried it on my desktop and my laptop with no luck. Even the car charger will not make connection.?
